COMPENSATION OBJECTIVE:

The goal of the ReeceNichols Preferred Realty is to offer an outstanding compensation plan for sales associates that will allow them to maximize their earning potential.

REECENICHOLS ALLIANCE FRANCHISE FEE:

As a member of the ReeceNichols Alliance, our company receives a wide array of benefits from our association with them. The cost of these benefits is shared by our company and sales associates. A ReeceNichols franchise fee of 6% of gross commission income is paid from each commission before distribution is calculated.

TRANSACTION FEE:

A $110 transaction fee is deducted from the top of every commission before the split, to pay for the following services: E&O insurance, Dotloop, Realtor.com enhancement, RN Agent Website, and the RN Mobile app.

COMMISSION PLAN STRUCTURE:

Starting level based on past performance and current year YTD and projected sales volume. Agents advance one level per year by reaching the commission cap.

After several years in the real estate industry, Mary Ann Deck joined Reece & Nichols in 2005 and soon became a top producing agent for the office. In 2012, Mary Ann and her husband, Glenn, purchased the Reece & Nichols franchise in Lawrence and opened ReeceNichols Preferred Realty at 3801 W. 6th Street. Since then, 14 licensed agents have joined forces with Mary Ann to grow their team's business and market share.
