ADVERTISING MATCHING

At ReeceNichols Preferred Realty we encourage our agents to promote themselves by advertising and participating in lead generation marketing. That is why we will pay a 50% match on your advertising/lead generation costs up to $150 per month.

For example, if you pay $300 a month on Zillow we would reimburse you for $150. Exceptions can be made to monthly cap with the approval of the broker.

After several years in the real estate industry, Mary Ann Deck joined Reece & Nichols in 2005 and soon became a top producing agent for the office. In 2012, Mary Ann and her husband, Glenn, purchased the Reece & Nichols franchise in Lawrence and opened ReeceNichols Preferred Realty at 3801 W. 6th Street.
